Healing Retreats

A personal retreat is designed to be a deeply transformative journey that supports & empowers you on your healing path in a safe and relaxing environment. You may be in a transitional period in your life, or you may be ill and seeking healing you haven’t been able to get elsewhere.

Based on your individual need and health situation, TIVI works with you to design a program that incorporates indigenous ceremony, plus a number of integrative energy medicine modalities (somatic experiencing, polarity/cranial sacral healing sessions, hypnotherapy, regression therapy, soul retrieval, inner child work, guided experiential meditations)Â that support you to heal and discover who you are.

Length: 3 days – 9 Days (more days can be added for integration and rest and relaxation)
Location: The La Mesilla Valley (20 minutes north of Santa Fe on the road to Taos)

Typical Retreat Day:

7-8 AM Breakfast
9 – 11:30 Healing sessions
Noon – 1:30 Lunch and down time
2-5 Healing sessions
6-7 Dinner
Evenings: fireside chats, stargazing

Note: Daily schedule will change depending on an individual’s healing needs. Some healing sessions may occur at a local hot springs. Organic meal plans are provided ahead of time and can accommodate all types of dietary needs.

Accomodations:

Queen suite with bath
Three meals per day plus snacks
Private patio with table & chairs for journaling, water fountain and hammock areas

  - Access to healing waters wading pond
  - Sand garden meditation area
  - Standing stone meditation area
  - Labyrinth walking meditation area

Downtime Activities: siteseeing (Local ruins or pueblos, Santa Fe Plaza, Sanctuario De Chimayo, Meow Wolf, Artisinal Chocolate Tasting, Canyon Road Art walk, Shopping)

Extend Your Stay: to include a few extra days to explore the Santa Fe – Taos area. Or just to integrate and rest. $175/day B&B accommodations includes meals.
